* The Superintendent reserves the right to reconsider the approval of a field trip any time between approval and the time of departure of the trip.  In the event that the Superintendent decides at any point to rescind the approval of a field trip, thereby canceling the trip, the Board of Education will not be responsible for any financial losses for penalties incurred by the affected staff, students, or their parents/guardians.
